Welcome

If you're interested in conscious living, then likely you're just as equally interested in Zen but simply not knowingly interested.

Usually Zen is associated with Japanese culture and religious or Buddhism practice, but true Zen (or at least the way this site uses the term) is emphasizing the value of conscious living.

Zen and conscious living come together and go hand-in-hand. Hence, conscious living without Zen is a huge oversight and vice-versa because these are not two.

"Conscious Flex: Zen & Conscious Living" is designed to offer a partnership of how these seemingly two are actually one movement.

Zen is the foundational spaciousness or presence from which conscious living derives. In the same manner that an artist, inventor or intuitive actions come from the stillness in the silence of non-movement.

In other words, Zen is a resting in the powerful space of not thinking about thought, not doing anything about doing, not trying to be the solver or understander, the knower collector but simply allowing the intelligence of life to flow through you and as you.

What is described can be thought of as meditation or accessing our intuition, but it's actually just natural living.

Often you will see kids in a natural resting space or presence and we tell them "snap out of it" because we think they are in "lala land" or "fantasy land" and not paying attention but actually they are simply being completely present with what is. It's natural to just rest and be, that's the flow from which insight and wisdom arises from.

Hence, conscious living is also the natural flow of how life organically expands upon itself. Consequently, conscious living is Zen living, when it's pure and without conceptual overlays.

Enjoy!
  • We Are Energy

We are energy? This article will explain in great detail how we are energy.

As a collective, most of us accept that the universe is made-up of matter (anything that has mass and volume) and empty space (a volume of space that is mostly empty of matter). As a result, essentially we think of ourselves as matter.

However, if you take any solid object and look at it under a high- powered microscope, you will see little energy particles vibrating against each other. As shown in the image to the left.

Matter is anything which has mass and volume or better known as solid objects.

Therefore, solid matter, is not as solid as we first thought, in fact, matter is made-up of vibrating energy particles; it only seems solid based on how fast the energy particles are vibrating.

    Everything is Vibrating Energy
In other words, for example, when liquid is zoomed-in on using a high-powered microscope, the vibrating particles of energy are not vibrating as fast and gas particles vibrate at even a slower rate:
Hence why you can stick your hand through any liquid, water as an example, is a field of energy that is vibrating at a much slower rate than the field of vibrating energy in your hand. In other words, simply put, as we all know; water is less solid than your hand.

How are Fields of Vibrating Energy Contained?
If all matter is only a field of vibrating energy, then how do objects hold the same "solid-looking" shape? In other words, how is matter (vibrating energy) contained? How are the boundaries defined? What is this field that the energy is contained within?

The field in which energy remains contained is determined by the frequency rate of the shape or pattern. In other words, the rate in which energy vibrates is called a frequency. By studying fields of energy, we can determine which frequency path each energy field follows. As long as the frequency stays the same, the energy must follow that pattern.

To get a better idea of how the frequency sets the path for this field of vibrating energy to follow, watch the video below, but first; what you will be seeing is a metal plate vibrating up and down. You will see grains of white sand on the vibrating plate. As the rate of the up and down vibration changes (the frequency), you will see the sand grains bouncing against each other while following a pattern or shape. Hence why the bouncing energy takes shape and is held in that shape as long as the frequency remains at a constant speed.

Warning: this video is an example of how different frequencies hold energy in position, but beware of your speaker volume because the sound can get quite piercing:

As you can see, matter (which is only bouncing energy) is not random bouncing energy, it follows a precise path based on vibration rate (frequency). Everything in existence operates in this way. The vibrating energy holding your body's skin together is held together by a precise frequency.

Frequency Creates a Field that Holds Shape
If you're still a bit confused how frequency creates a field that holds shape, structure, and creates "walls" through vibration alone, this video will demonstrate precisely that:

Every Field of Vibrating Energy (Frequency) is Measured by Hertz
Your heart beats according to a frequency. When you are jogging, the frequency is changed to a higher frequency and your heart beats based on that rate of moving energy (frequency). The frequency is changed again while running, the frequency of the heart beat, which is measured by hertz (Hz) gets higher again.

Everything can be Measured as Having a Precise Frequency
There are different levels of brain active and each level has a precise frequency.

In fact, the goal in certain types of meditation is to hold one of these precise frequencies:

Beta states (13-30 HZ) are the states associated with normal waking consciousness.

Alpha (8-13 HZ) is the state of consciousness between being totally awake and almost asleep, it is a state associated with relaxation and meditation.

Theta waves (4-8 HZ) is the frequency where the subconscious mind resides. Hence in this frequency, dreams take over, which are produced fulled by the subconsciousness.

Delta waves are the lowest in brainwave frequency: ranging from 0 - 4 Hz, but are the highest in amplitude. This is considered the more restorative time for the brain.

The Holistic Nature of Brainwaves, Heartbeat, and Emotions
When it comes to our bodies, there are different frequencies holding everything in our body together, but more than less, it's all connected.

For example, if your brain wave frequency changes, your heart beat frequency changes to match. Yet, when your heartbeat changes in frequency, the frequency of your emotions change too and visa versa:

The Preciseness of Frequencies are Instant
Studies have shown that when our emotions, brainwaves, or heart-rate shifts into another direction, everything in our body is affected immediately.

For example, if your emotion shifts from frustration to appreciation, the frequency rate in which your heart beats (and brainwaves) shift dramatically and instantaneously:

All Mass is Mathematically Proven to be Nothing but Energy
As stated in the beginning of this article, matter is anything that has mass and volume. Yet mass is anything that has a weight and in which can be measured, even if in extremely small amounts.

Mass–energy equivalence states that the amount of mass is measured and is in fact equal to its energy amount.

In other words, all mass in the universe has energy and all energy in the universe has mass, and both properties (mass and energy) are connected by a constant rate that can be measured (as known as frequency).

In fact, it's so mathematically constant that there is a mathematical equation for mass–energy equivalence. The equivalence is described by the famous equation:
Where E= energy, M= mass, and C= the physical Constant measured by the Speed of Light. The speed of light in this formula is the frequency in which is used to measure the relative units in time since the speed of light is the maximum speed in which all energy, mass, matter, and rate of information can travel.

Many people use the equation above to reference how science has discovered that energy is infinite. In other words, energy can neither be created nor destroyed.

For example, if a stick of dynamite is blown up in a hermetically sealed chamber, the mass of the chamber and fragments, the heat, sound, and light would still be equal to the original mass of the chamber and dynamite. If sitting on a scale, the weight of mass would not change. Thus, the physical form has changed (also known as matter), but not the mass (weight) or the energy.

As a result, energy, in all of its forms, has mass. Mass also can neither be created nor destroyed, and in all of its forms, has energy.

According to the theory of relativity, mass and energy as commonly understood, are two names for the same thing, and neither one is changed nor transformed into the other.

What Happens to Mass & Energy Through a Transformation Process?
If and when matter is changed through a transformation process, both mass and energy units stay the same, since they are both intimately connected by a constant frequency. Hence, if and when energy leaves any form of matter, the mass is equally taken with it. In other words, if energy OR mass disappear from any system, it will ALWAYS be found that BOTH have simply moved off to another place (as discovered through the Conservation of Mass and Energy).

Hence as you see in the video above, when the frequency (the rate of vibration) is changed (which is a transformation process), the mass and energy of the white sand does not disappear or bounce off the metal plate, the white sand is simply moved to another location on the plate.

Morphing & Breaking a Wine Glass with Frequency (Vibrating Energy)
What happens to a wineglass if it's in the direct path of a high amplitude of sound? We all know, it breaks, correct?

What you likely didn't know is that the sound or amplitude in volume is NOT what actually breaks the glass. What breaks the glass? The glass is held together by a vibrational field (vibrating energy bouncing off each other), in other words, a very precise frequency; and when a higher frequency tries to pass through the frequency of the glass, then it will natural break.

This video demonstrates how a wine glass is broken by a HIGHER frequency NOT by intensity of sound. Watch how the shape of the wine glass LITERALLY morphs WITHOUT BREAKING by using a similar frequency that holds the glass together:

Physically Changing Water by Exposing it to Different Frequencies
Dr. Masaru Emoto Hado discovered that everything is frequency and also that water is physically changed by frequencies in its surrounding environment. He measures the vibration using a machine called a "magnetic resonance analyzer". "Resonance" is another word for frequency. He discovered a way to literally watch the physical transformation process of water (through the use of water crystals) by exposing it to music, words, thoughts and emotions. He also discovered how to change the vibrational frequency of water to cure illness. He has cured over 10,000+ patients.

The video below is an excerpt from the documentary film "Top Secret Water", produced in 2005 (also featuring Dr. Masaru Emoto Hado) which I made into a short film of others who have physically changed water by tapping into it's energetic frequency.

Notice at 6:17 (6 minutes and 17 seconds) how the scientist uses disks with geometric patterns (repeating patterns) that are very similar to the patterns seen in the first video of this article (the white sand on the vibrating metal plate).

In other words, the disks are nothing more than a precise frequency and since everything has a frequency, including water, the frequency of water is changed by the frequency on the disks. This is easily explained when you understand that everything is energy and all energy vibrates at a very precise frequency.

What is the Frequency of Water?

Water seems to be the only vibrating field of energy (frequency) in which doesn't contain its own precise frequency, instead, it reflects the frequencies in its immediate environment; which is extremely interesting to note when you take into count that our bodies and this planet are both made-up of about 70-90% water.

    Conclusion
What's the importance of knowing that we are energy and how can this information be used to benefit the whole of life on this planet?

"If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration." ~Nikola Tesla (world changing inventor, electrical engineer, well-known scientist)

When we begin to understand that everything is energy, we may begin to awaken to the fact that everything is intimately connected. When you realize this powerful fact on an energetic level, you have no choice but to be responsible with your thoughts, emotions, words, and actions. Responsibility is having the ability to respond (instead of stimulus response), which takes an extreme amount of awareness.
